Accessibility Statement
We supply equipment to people living with disability. A website they cannot use would be a contradiction, so accessibility is treated as a functional requirement here, not an afterthought.
Standard we work toward
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is a goal we work toward, not a certification of full conformance. Our work includes keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, descriptive alternative text, form labels and respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
Motion and animation
Animation on this site is meant to be subtle. When your device requests reduced motion, the site reduces or turns off its decorative animations, such as the lifeline and button pulse. The site does not autoplay sound. If you notice motion that causes a problem, please tell us.
Known limitations
Some documents supplied by third parties, such as payer forms, may not meet the same standard. If you encounter one you cannot use, contact us and we will work to provide the information in another format.
