OHC Medical Supply sends text messages only to people who ask to receive them. The screenshot below shows our request form and the consent checkbox exactly as it appears to the user.

The consent checkbox reads:

“By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from OHC Medical Supply about my request, my appointment, and my order status. Message frequency varies.

Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.”

The box is unchecked by default. Checking it is optional and is not a condition of purchase. We text only those who check it.

End users opt in by submitting our Facebook lead form and checking a dedicated, unchecked, optional consent box agreeing to receive text messages from OHC Medical Supply about their request, appointment, and order status. We do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers from any third party, and opt-in data is never shared or sold.
